Here's the kicker (does this story ever end)... the owner did not have insurance (no mortgage holder) and now has a tent in the parking lot where he is accepting donations to rebuild. In the meantime, the town has voted on a no-nudity/sexually oriented business ordinance. DUDE - it's time to MOVE ON!
