This morning I took an early morning drive. I live in an area that has a lot of farmland and encroaching suburban housing developments. I was driving down a less traveled rural road passing citrus groves and cotton fields. I drove to the end of the road and back again. As I passed the cotton field again out of the corner of my eye I saw a flash of light. A glint of something shiny, something that did not belong in the dirt along side of the road. I did a U-turn to see what it was.
